4th January is the birthday of Sir Isaac Newton, one of mankind's greatest scientists ever. In fact it is the 379th Birth Anniversary.
The great discovery of Newton's Laws of Motion, was an eye opener for the concept pf gravity, gravitational Force, and the three Laws of Motion.
Newtonian physics is a great approximation, and it is more than sufficient to explain the motion , force and physical behaviourof objects in our everyday life. However when it comes to extremely tiny particles such as atomic or sub-atomic particles, or nuclear particles, Quantum Physics was the thing that worked, and it came to be accepted in place of Newtonian physics.
